The last dribble a player takes before pulling up for a jump shot should be as high as a player plans to take his shot from. By doing this, a player can minimize the time it takes to get the basketball into shooting position. This will hasten a players ability to shoot the basketball off the dribble via stride stop or hop step. If you take my advice and add this dimension to your game, you will be able to get your shot off no matter who you play against. You heard it here at Basketball STRENGTH!
P.S. I teach ALL my students how to do this with perfection. It's the little things that make the difference. Not everybody knows the little things because not everyone has had to use them to succeed.
