Basketball STRENGTH Rules of Change
You know things need to change when you are not getting the results you want. While it does in fact take time and patience for certain things to work, obvious changes must me made when nothing is working in your favor. For example, I know a lot of misdirected youth athletes who use workouts taken from a bodybuilding magazine and expect them to translate into strength gains on the court. These split body part programs with multiple sets lead to overuse and acute injury not to mention a complete waste of time. Bodybuilding is a great thing to do for bodybuilders. Athletes are NOT bodybuilders thus need to exercise and live a specific way to accomodate that obvious difference. Basketball STRENGTH is a program that has been specifically designed with the athlete in mind. It teaches the athlete to learn his/her body over time, how to care for it, and when to make the necessary changes to reach goals that have been set. There is no reason to do anything other than Basketball STRENGTH unless you do not know about Basketball STRENGTH. Now that you know, it's time to do something about it.
