In a very short period of time Basketball STRENGTH will be actively in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Stay tuned for information on how you can book your team workouts...

Team workouts will consist of 50%/50% and 100% Basketball STRENGTH workouts.

50%/50% = Half basketball skills & half Basketball STRENGTH
100% = Total Basketball STRENGTH
