Basketball Strength is a company founded on improving the specific training for athletes in the sport of basketball. Because our exercises, methods, training courses, and programs offer so much diversity in the ways of physicality coaches/players of all sports use us.
There is Basketball Strength Volume I which is the introductory course. This includes a Book, accomodating DVD, and Audio material that adds dimensions into creating a winner with training.
There is also Basketball Strength Volume II which the progression from the original training course. This course contains every pertinent piece of useful information needed to breed athletes. It is not overloaded with busy nonsense rather hard hitting useful information easy to use. This product is a Book only at 204 pages.
